Directions

Location change in operation, see below: 

Travel date up to 22nd June: Terminal 4 - (Postcode for Terminal 4: TW6 3XA)

  1. Please call Edward Lloyd when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the terminal.
  2. As you approach Heathrow Airport, follow signs for T4 Terminal Parking Car Park.
  3. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (please hand this to our Handover Captain )
  4. Drive down to level 2, park in one of the 'Off Airport Meet & Greet' parking bays.

Beginning 01st June: 

  1. Please call Edward Lloyd when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the terminal.
  2. Follow signs for Terminal 2 and the Terminal Parking Car Park, formerly known as Short Stay.
  3. Enter the Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park and make your way to Level 4.
  4. Park in Row B and follow any on-site instructions provided by the chauffeur.
  5. Once you have handed over your vehicle, you can take the Elizabeth Line to Terminal 4. (Free and fast)

For bookings before 23rd June

  1. Please call Edward Lloyd when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the terminal.
  2. Make your way to the Terminal Parking Car Park Terminal 4, formerly known as Short Stay.
  3. Once you have met the driver, they will inspect your vehicle with you for any existing damage.
  4. Edward Lloyd will confirm your return details before your car is driven to a secure compound.

For bookings on and after 23rd June

  1. Please call Edward Lloyd when you are approximately 30 minutes away from the terminal.
  2. Make your way to the Terminal Parking Car Park Terminal 2, formerly known as Short Stay.
  3. Once you have met the driver, they will inspect your vehicle with you and complete a condition report.
  4. Edward Lloyd will confirm your return details before your car is driven to a secure compound.
  5. Take the free and fast Elizabeth Line transfer to Terminal 4.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to park your car and make your way to the airport terminal. 

Return instructions

IMPORTANT: Change of location in effect 31st May/01st June. Please check the correct instructions based on your travel date. Please call once you have landed, then call again when you have collected your luggage:

Before 01st June: Terminal 4 – Terminal Parking Car Park Level 2 – Off Airport Meet & Greet.
After 01st June: Terminal 2 – Terminal Parking Car Park Level 4 – Off Airport Meet & Greet.

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • Entry / Exit Fees: Customers are required to pay the entry and exit fees at the Terminal Parking Car Parks.
  • Last-Minute Changes: For any date or time changes made the day before your booking starts, please contact Edward Lloyd on 07944 535904.
  • Vehicle Condition: Edward Lloyd Parking cannot accept vehicles that are not legal, roadworthy, or safe to drive, including vehicles with insufficient tyre tread.
  • Arrival Call: Please call Edward Lloyd at least 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal.
  • Self Transfer: Customers will need to self transfer between Terminal 2 and Terminal 4 using the free Elizabeth Line transfer services available.

Security

When you leave your vehicle with a member of Edward Lloyd’s Meet & Greet team, you can rest assured that your car will be parked in a secure compound. The car park is surrounded by security fencing and is also monitored by CCTV. 

All the drivers who take the vehicles to the premises are fully-insured, so you won’t have to worry about the safety of your car. Together, these comprehensive safety and security measures have shown the car parks dedication to providing robust security for customer.

Disabled facilities

Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet is ideal for anyone who requires assistance for their mobility or disability needs. Staff can help you load and unload your luggage. Their staff pride themselves on their personable qualities and customer service, so you can trust that you will be looked after while you register your vehicle’s details. 

If you have any questions about their disabled facilities, it’s advised that you contact them for more information.

Transfer details

Important: After the 22nd June customers will need to self transfer between terminals using the free airport transfer services available, including the Elizabeth Line between Terminal 2 and Terminal 4.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Extra charges apply for vehicles larger than a standard parking space.

  • Entry and exit fees at drop-off and collection car parks must be paid by the customer.

  • A £40 fee applies for late collections (after midnight), early returns, or flight changes (cash payable to the driver).

  • Overstays: £40 for the first extra day, then £10 per day.

  • Left-hand drive vehicles are not accepted.

  • ULEZ charges apply where applicable.

Opening times

The operating times of Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet are between the hours of 06:30 and 22:30. Please be advised that for any late collections after midnight, early returns or if you return on a flight different to the one orginally specified, there will be a charge of £40 payable to the driver in cash.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
